Privacy policy

Short version: we use what you send us to call you back about tree work, and nothing else.

What we collect

When you request an estimate, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email if you give it, the address of the job, what you told us about the trees, and any photos you attach. Our website also uses standard analytics that record pages visited and general location, not your identity.

How we use it

To contact you about your estimate and, if you hire us, to do the job. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside K&M except the services that deliver our email and, if you ask us to, your insurance adjuster.

Texting

If you choose "text me," we will text you about your estimate and job. Reply STOP at any time to end texts.

Keeping it

We keep estimate requests for our records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
